Gina Mullins-Cohen
President and CEO
Gina Mullins-Cohen is an accomplished multimedia executive with a career spanning over two decades. A recognized thought leader, she is well-known for her creativity and vision and for leveraging her expertise to drive strategy and successful marketing and media campaigns for clients.
As chief marketing officer at the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), she spearheaded numerous impactful initiatives focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). One of her many achievements was leading the Parks Build Community campaign, a program that supported new park buildouts or renovations in underrepresented communities throughout the country.
Gina also oversaw the multiple award-winning magazine Parks & Recreation, launched the Park Path mobile app, the popular podcast Open Space Radio and the ongoing oral history project Park and Recreation Stories, and oversaw all partnership, membership, education and conference marketing and communication campaigns.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Gina enjoys hiking the scenic trails of the Shenandoah Valley and the Blue Ridge Mountains with her family and their beloved dogs, Nikki, Charger, Hoagie and Pippin.
Barbara Jackman
Chief Operations Officer
Barbara Jackman is a results-driven leader with a stellar track record of improving productivity and operational efficiencies within leading companies' production and marketing business units.
At Agua Caliente Casinos, Barbara was a hands-on Operations Manager who led a 20-member team of account services, project management, creative, digital media, social and production professionals. She excelled at developing efficient and effective operational solutions and building cross-company relationships to support and drive revenue in a competitive marketplace with a focus on gaming, hospitality, food & beverage and entertainment.
Prior to working in gaming and hospitality, Barbara started as a production manager and was promoted three times at the Los Angeles Times Media Group. As the Associate Director, Consumer Marketing, she led a 20+ employee team with multiple disciplines: project management, creative, digital, video and production. During her 18 years at the Los Angeles Times, Barbara was recognized with two annual awards — one for Leadership and another for Customer Service.
In her spare time, her hobbies include geeking out about cooking, reading, movies and riding her sweet, cobalt blue Townie Electra.
